On this page, you will find content (videos, documents...) created by the network to support professionals and patients in communicating about clinical trials.

A video explaining the clinical trial process to children.

A working group composed of clinical research stakeholders (doctors, clinical research assistants, nurses, patients) was formed to develop the script, and we then called on a motion designer to illustrate the script in the form of a cartoon. Thanks to the involvement of the French eczema association, patients, and children in particular, validated the project at each stage.

This project took six months to complete, and here is the result.

The video follows the journey of a child with eczema or atopic dermatitis who is asked to participate in a clinical trial. This video was produced on the initiative of the FRADEN and GREAT networks, with the participation of the French Eczema Association (https://www.associationeczema.fr/) and with the support of Nantes University Hospital (https://www.chu-nantes.fr/) and the F-CRIN network (French Clinical Research Infrastructure Network - https://www.fcrin.org/).

NB. We would like to remind you that participation in a clinical trial is a voluntary decision. In the case of paediatric trials, the consent of the child and of those with parental authority (parents, guardians, etc.) is mandatory.

Participer à un essai clinique, qu'est ce que cela implique?
